Michael J. Epstein works with management teams, creditors, creditors' committees and boards of directors in many aspects of distressed businesses, operational reengineering, and financial restructuring. His practice at Deloitte CRG is centered on crisis management, financial advisory services, and bankruptcy consulting activities in both middle market and large transactions.

Todd J. Ofenloch is currently a Principal in the Boston office of H.I.G. Capital, a leading global private equity investment firm with more than $13 billion of equity capital under management. Mr. Ofenloch is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing new investment opportunities, as well as working with certain existing portfolio companies. He has 15 years of experience investing in middle market private equity transactions and has worked on investments in a broad range of industries, including building products, business services, food and consumer products, media and marketing services, environmental services, and distribution/logistics.

Cynthia Romano is the founder of PCS LLC, an advisory firm which provides financial and operational support for small and middle market transitions, transactions and turnarounds. With 20+ years of experience in growth planning, performance improvement, transaction support, and investment analysis, Cynthia has spent her career helping companies with management assessment and coaching, cash management, capital sourcing, business continuity/succession planning, M&A advisory, organizational restructuring, creditor challenges and interim management.


Doug Rosner: Complex Chapter 11 reorganizations, Chapter 7 liquidations, workouts and related litigation and transactions are at the core of Doug Rosner's thriving practice at the law firm of Goulston and Storrs. Described in Chambers USA as "a real market of the superstars in the bankruptcy arena," Doug represents clients throughout the country and internationally, including corporate debtors, unsecured creditors' committees, lenders, landlords, unsecured creditors, asset purchasers and trustees. In addition, Doug has counseled lenders and borrowers in corporate and real estate financing transactions and workouts, including asset-backed securitizations, intercreditor agreements and asset-based loans.
